Spooktober

October 1, 2018

This is it folks.  It's finally here!

October is the time of year when we begin to hunker down and prepare for winter.  This is the beginning of the yin time of year, which is quiet and reflective, darker and cooling.  It is best to align ourselves with the natural rhythms of the seasons.  So, let's sit in our dark corners for a minute, take a few deep breaths, quiet our minds, and recognize that without darkness there can be no light.  Instead, let's celebrate this time and take full ownership of both the light and darkness that lives within us all.  Happy October, Dear Ones!
